In September 2015, all Countries of the United Nations approved the 2030 Agenda for sustainable development, the essential elements of which are the 17 SDGs, Sustainable Development Goals and 169 sub-objectives, which aim to put an end to poverty, to fight against inequality and to support social and economic development. They also envisage aspects of fundamental importance for sustainable development such as tackling climate change and building peaceful societies by the year 2030. Five years have already passed since that moment and some progress has been made by some nations, particularly in Europe. In the United States, due to the Trump administration, however, steps have been taken backwards … I am sure that the newly appointed President Biden will be able to make up for lost time and give new vigor to a global commitment to sustainable development. Technology is a fundamental element for improving the sustainability of the interventions required by the 2030 Agenda. And innovation is the only way to address these global challenges. Management Innovation has always operated by pursuing innovation and sustainability objectives and all its initiatives to support Innovative Startups and SMEs are always inspired by these objectives. From the production of clean energy (Glass to Power and Energain), to the production of 100% biodegradable bioplastics (Galatea Bio Tech), to the design of efficient encryption algorithms (Crypt Security), to the design of new aerospace propulsion systems (Sidereus Space Dynamics), until the very recent engagement in GAIA, all our initiatives are characterized by the implementation of the innovation and sustainability objectives that we have set ourselves. Management Innovation’s capital increase is open until 15th December and it is possible to contribute and support our vision by acquiring shares in the company’s equity and making it even stronger financially.
