Making the PNRR effective.

Everyone is talking about PNRR – the National Recovery and Resilience Plan

You can find it here: https://www.governo.it/sites/governo.it/files/PNRR.pdf . It is a substantial 250-page document, full of information and projects and it outlines our future. Everyone talks about it, but has anyone even read it? In the various comments circulating among newspapers, TVs, social networks, it seems to me that the information is at least simplified if not distorted.

Of the € 191.5bn allocated to the Plan, a huge figure, more than half are destined for the so-called “green revolution” and digitalization processes, which also include incentives for tourism, culture and innovation and competitiveness processes. The Government did well by starting immediately with Mission 4 concerning Education and Research, which means thinking about future generations, those we are indebting in an extraordinary way for the development of this same plan. Important development of the infrastructures, especially railways in the South, incentives to the Third Sector and digitalization of Healthcare are the other important chapters of the PNRR. Each of these will employ resources of tens of billions of euros for the next few years. The challenge for our Country is to make all this allocated money effective and efficient: no rainfalls, no assistance to populations or ailing companies, but real industrial projects that will finally allow a relaunch of our Country in terms of Innovation & Sustainability.

Management Innovation, in its very small size, wants to do its part.
