– the convocation of the Extraordinary Shareholders’ Meeting
– the recorded minutes and the related receipt of filing with the Chamber of Commerce
– a communication ex art. 2481-bis regarding the tax benefits for which, up to a maximum total amount of 50K€, it will be possible to claim the 50% deduction.
– a form to join the capital increase, only for those who are already members.
